CLASSES WE OFFER
All classes are group sessions of 50 minutes. The practise is based on Hatha yoga and can be tailored to any individual. Mats, bricks and straps are provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you wish. You will need to fill out a health questionnaire before you start your first class and after that you are good to go!
